Study on the management mode of PDCA during laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Objective:To study the effect of PDCA management mode in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:180 gallbladder patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2018 to December 2022 in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of Lu'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups with 90 cases in each group by random number table. The routine group received routine intervention during surgery, while the study group received PDCA management mode during surgery.Compare the differences in intervention outcomes between the two groups.Result:The blood pressure and heart rate changes,as well as the total incidence of adverse events in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The satisfaction with preoperative visits, anesthesia care, and postoperative observation care was higher in the study group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA management mode in laparoscopic cholecystectomy is worth popularizing.
