About the effect of oxytocin on uterine scar pregnancy and maternal weight status of cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage
Objective:To compare the prevention and treatment effects of different measures on postpartum hemorrhage in scar uterus pregnancy and analyze the adverse prognosis of mother and baby.Method:96 pregnant women with scar uterus who were scheduled to give birth in the obstetrical department of Linquan County People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases each.The control group received intramuscular injection of oxytocin,while the study group received intravenous infusion of cabetocin to compare the differences in efficacy between the two groups.Result:The bleeding volume,decreased hemoglobin levels,total use of other hemostatic interventions,incidence of headache,vomiting,and skin itching in the study group were lower than those in the control group at different time periods(P<0.05).The incidence of abdominal pain,nausea,and neonatal asphyxia in the study group were similar to those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in scarred uterine pregnancy with cabetocin is more effective,and the risk of adverse prognosis for mother and baby is low.
