摘要

目的:研究TIMP3/MMP9 通路与非小细胞肺癌上皮间质转化的相关性.方法:选取 2020 年 6 月-2022年 3 月皖西卫生职业学院附属医院 49 例非小细胞肺癌患者癌组织以及 22 例患者癌旁组织,比较TIMP3/MMP9 通路相关蛋白差异并采用spearman法检验其相关性.结果:非小细胞肺癌组织与癌旁组织间,组织分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移间TIMP3/MMP9 通路相关蛋白比较差异明显(P<0.05);spearman分析结果显示:TIMP3 与E-钙黏蛋白呈正相关(P<0.05),与波形蛋白呈负相关(P<0.05),MMP9 与E-钙黏蛋白呈负相关(P<0.05),与波形蛋白呈正相关(P<0.05).结论:TIMP3/MMP9通路与非小细胞肺癌上皮间质转化相关.

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the TIMP3/MMP9 pathway and epithelial mesenchymal transition in non-small cell lung cancer.Method:From June 2020 to March 2022,49 cancer tissues of non-small cell lung cancer patients and 22 adjacent tissues of patients were selected from the affiliated hospital of Wanxi Health Vocational College.The differences in TIMP3/MMP9 pathway related proteins were compared and their correlation was tested using Spearman method.Result:There were significant differences in TIMP3/MMP9 pathway related proteins in tissue differentiation,TNM staging,and lymph node metastasis between non-small cell lung cancer and adjacent tissues(P<0.05);Spearman analysis showed that TIMP3 was positively correlated with E-cadherin(P<0.05),negatively correlated with Vimentin(P<0.05),and MMP9 was negatively correlated with E-cadherin(P<0.05),positively correlated with Vimentin(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TIMP3/MMP9 pathway is associated with epithelial mesenchymal transition in non-small cell lung cancer.
