Correlation of TIMP3/MMP9 Pathway Related Protein Expression with Epithelial-mesenchymal Transition in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the TIMP3/MMP9 pathway and epithelial mesenchymal transition in non-small cell lung cancer.Method:From June 2020 to March 2022,49 cancer tissues of non-small cell lung cancer patients and 22 adjacent tissues of patients were selected from the affiliated hospital of Wanxi Health Vocational College. The differences in TIMP3/MMP9 pathway related proteins were compared and their correlation was tested using Spearman method.Result:There were significant differences in TIMP3/MMP9 pathway related proteins in tissue differentiation,TNM staging, and lymph node metastasis between non-small cell lung cancer and adjacent tissues(P<0.05);Spearman analysis showed that TIMP3 was positively correlated with E-cadherin(P<0.05),negatively correlated with Vimentin(P<0.05),and MMP9 was negatively correlated with E-cadherin(P<0.05),positively correlated with Vimentin(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TIMP3/MMP9 pathway is associated with epithelial mesenchymal transition in non-small cell lung cancer.
