The diagnostic value of fetal umbilical blood flow based on color Doppler ultrasonography in FGR
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of fetal cord blood flow parameters in color Doppler ultrasound for FGR.Methods:100 FGR pregnant women(study group)and 100 normal pregnant women(control group)admitted to hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively selected,and all of them received ultrasound detection.The relationship between fetal umbilical blood flow parameters and FGR was analyzed,and the influencing factors of FGR were analyzed by Logistic regression.Diagnostic value of fetal cord blood flow parameters in FGR by ROC curve analysis.Results:Logistic analysis showed that age,oligohydramnios,hypoproteinemia,RI,PI and S/D were all factors influencing the onset of FGR.ROC analysis showed that S/D,RI and PI had high diagnostic value for FGR.Conclusion:Fetal color Doppler RI,PI,S/D are abnormally elevated in FGR,which has good diagnostic value.
