Value of CT combined with serum tumor markers in the differential diagnosis of cirrhosis nodules and small hepatocellular carcinoma
To analyze the diagnostic value of computed tomography(CT)combined with serum carcinoembryonic antigen 19-9(CA19-9),Carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and alpha fetoprotein(AFP)in 104 patients with cirrhosis nodules and small liver cancer. All patients underwent abdominal CT plain and contrast-enhanced scans to detect serum levels of CA19-9,CEA,and AFP.The results showed that the AUC of small liver cancer predicted by CT combined with serum CA19-9,CEA,and AFP was 0.891,with a sensitivity of 85.90%(P<0.05).CT combined with serum CA19-9,CEA,and AFP has high sensitivity in differential diagnosis of liver cirrhosis nodules and small liver cancer, and can serve as an effective method for clinical differentiation of liver cirrhosis nodules and small liver cancer.
