The effect of internal fistula nursing on the feasibility and function of internal fistula in chronic renal disease
Objective:To analyse the feasibility of graded management of endovascular fistulae in stage 5 maintenance haemodialysis in chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods:Retrospective analysis of 100 cases of CKD stage 5 maintenance haemodialysis patients admitted to the Department of Nephrology of Anhui West Health Vocational College Affiliated Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were divided into the control group and the observation group.Differences in the indicators of the two groups were compared.Result:The repeated puncture rate and total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower, and the hemodynamic and renal function indicators after nursing care were better.Patient satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:In CKD stage 5 maintenance hemodialysis, internal fistula grading nursing can reduce the rate of repeated puncture, improve hemodynamics and renal function, and have a high overall incidence of complications, patient satisfaction, and better internal fistula function, which is worth promoting.
