Calibration Method of Constant Temperature Shaking Incubator
The calibration method of constant temperature shaking incubator was established.Based on the investigation of manufacturers and users,referring to the relevant national standards,industry standards and calibration specifications,the temperature deviation,temperature fluctuation,temperature uniformity,shaking frequency error and shaking amplitude error were selected as the main measurement characteristics index,and the specific calibration method was determined.Representative incubators were selected,and the measurement characteristics of the incubator were verified by experiments according to the calibration method.The verification results meet the requirements of the measurement characteristics.This method promotes the standardization and normalization of the measurement source of the incubator,and promotes the formulation of its calibration specification.
