Application of micro-video-based feedback health education in patients undergoing partial thyroidsurgery
Objective:To investigate the application of micro-video-based feedback health education in patients undergoing partial thyroid surgery.Methods:96 patients undergoing partial thyroidectomy were randomly divided into a control group(n=48)and an observation group(n=48),receiving routine nursing interventionand micro-video-based feedback health education,respectively.Results:After intervention,the scores for disease cognitionand WHO quality of life-BRIEF(WHOQOLBREF)were higher,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores and the incidence of complications were lower,the ambulatory time and hospital stay were shorter in the observation group as compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Micro-video-based feedback health education can improve disease cognition,improve negative emotions,accelerate postoperative rehabilitation process,and improve quality of life of patients undergoing partial thyroidectomy.
