Relationship between self-management behaviors and psychologicalresilience,social support in CRFpatients after peritoneal dialysis
Objective:To analyze the relationship between self-management behaviors and psychological resilience,social support in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)after peritoneal dialysis(PD).Methods:A total of 88 patients with CRF undergoing PD were investigated by self-management scale,Connor-Davidsion Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).The relationship between self-management behaviors and psychological resilience,social support was analyzed.Results:The score of self-management scale was positively correlated with CD-RISC and SSRS scores(P<0.05).The psychological resilienceand social support were influencing factors of self-management behaviors(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-management behaviorsare related to psychological resilienceand social support in PD-CRF patients.Strengthening social support and enhancing psychological resilience are beneficial to improve self-management behaviors.
