Effect of resourceful intervention and deep transcranial magnetic stimulation on rehabilitation outcomes of stroke patients with depression
Objective:To investigate the effects of resourceful intervention and deep transcranial magnetic stimulation(dTMS)on the rehabilitation outcomes of stroke patients with depression.Methods:112 stroke patients with depression were randomly divided into control group, smart group,dTMS group and combined group, and were given escitalopram treatment, smart intervention,dTMS treatment and smart combined dTMS treatment respectively. The depression and functional recovery of 4 groups were evaluated before and after intervention. Results:After 4 weeks of intervention, the depression dimension and functional dimension indexes of the combined group were improved better than those of the other 3 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both intelligent intervention and dTMS can effectively improve the degree of depression in stroke patients, and promote the recovery of functional dysfunction in patients. At the same time, the two have a synergistic effect, and the combined treatment is more beneficial to the rehabilitation outcome of patients.
