Establishment and evaluation of a rapid detection method for brucella antibodies based on glucoamylase
Objective:To Establish a new method for relative quantitative detection of Brucella antibodies and evaluate its performance.Method:Verify liquefaction conditions;Establish the standard curve of the reaction value between glucoamylase and Glucose meter;Preparation of enzyme-linked antibodies and ELISA plates for sample detection and validation of reaction system interference. Results:The concentration of glucoamylase is in direct proportion to the concentration of sugar, and the glucoamylase Brucella Lipopolysaccharide antigen coupling-1 has better discrimination between yin and yang. The interference verification test found that the levels of glucose,HBsAg,HBsAb,HCV and BSA in clinical samples have no impact on the detection results. Conclusion:By constructing an ELISA based on glucose detection and using a convenient Glucose meter,we can quickly detect brucella antibodies, providing a new means for clinical diagnosis.
