Fluorescence photoelectrochemical method for determining the content of six heavy metals, including lead and mercury,in skincare products
A fluorescence photoelectrochemical analysis method was established to simultaneously determine As,Pb,Cr,Ag,Cd,and Hg in skincare products. The samples were ablated and detected using photoelectrochemical technology. The content of six heavy metals showed a good linear relationship within the linear range, with a correlation coefficient of 0.999968.The recovery rate for spiking was 99.38%~104.86%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.055%~1.10%.The detection limit of the method was 0.0035~0.007ug/mL.This method has high accuracy and strong reliability in detecting and analyzing the content of various heavy metals in skincare products, making it suitable for detecting the content of various heavy metals in skincare products.
