Synergistic effects of ultrasound, molybdenum target examination and serological detection on breast cancer screening
Objective:To observe the synergistic effects of ultrasound, molybdenum target and serology on the screening of breast cancer.Methods:80 patients with breast cancer(malignant group)and 50 patients with benign breast lesions(benign group)were selected. All patients underwent breast ultrasound, molybdenum targetand detection of serum tumor markers, and the efficiency of combined diagnosis was evaluated. Results:The proportions of irregular ultrasound morphology, unclear edge, uneven low echo,Aspect ratio>1,rich blood flow signal and calcification, proportions of molybdenum target spicule sign, irregular mass shadow, unclear boundary, lobulation sign and calcified foci and levels of serum CA125,CA153 and CEA in malignant group were higher than those in benign group(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 95.00%,68.00%,and 84.62%of combined ultrasound, molybdenum target and serological indicators. Conclusion:Ultrasound, molybdenum target combined withserological indicators can improve the diagnostic efficiency.
