目的:探讨冠脉磨旋仪在严重冠状动脉钙化病变介入中的应用效果.方法:回顾性分析 85 例行介入治疗的严重冠状动脉病变患者一般资料,探究切割球囊与冠脉磨旋仪预处理效果,分析冠脉磨旋仪应用价值.结果:对照组IVUS测定结果中左侧主干、前降支开口及回旋支开口中管腔直径、管腔面积更小,前者钙化分布角度更小(P<0.05);对照组预处理球囊个数、造影剂用量更多,曝光时间更长、β受体阻滞剂使用率更高(P<0.05).结论:在严重冠状动脉钙化病变介入治疗中,冠脉磨旋仪应用可减少造影剂用量,并在减少次数、低压力下,改善靶血管管腔内径.
Application of coronary gyroscope in intervention of severe coronary calcification
Objective:To investigate the application of coronary gyroscope in the intervention of severe coronary artery calcification.Methods:The general data of 85 patients with severe coronary artery disease undergoing interventional therapy were retrospectively analyzed,and the pretreatment effect of cutting balloon and coronary gyroscope was explored,and the application value of coronary gyroscope was analyzed.Results:In the control group,the lumen diameter and lumen area of the left main trunk,anterior descending branch opening and rotatory branch opening were smaller,and the calcification distribution Angle of the former was smaller(P<0.05).In the control group,the number of pre-treated balloons,the amount of contrast agent,the exposure time was longer,and the utilization rate of β-blocker was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the interventional treatment of severe coronary artery calcification,the application of coronary gyroscope can reduce the amount of contrast agent,and improve the lumen diameter of target vessels under reduced frequency and low pressure.
