Therapeutic effect of Pulmonary surfactant(PS)on neonatal Respiratory failure
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Pulmonary surfactant(PS)in the treatment of neonatal Respiratory failure.Methods:87 cases of neonatal Respiratory failure admitted to Linquan County People's Hospital from January 2018 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(43 cases)and the study group(44 cases)according to the random number table. The control group received physiological saline treatment, while the research group received PS treatment. The differences in mortality, blood gas indicators, lung function indicators, total effective rate, and incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.Result:The mortality rate of the study group was similar to that of the control group(P>0.05),and the blood gas and lung function indicators of the survivors after treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PS has a definite therapeutic effect in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure.
