Research on the Relationship between Serum Related Index Ratio and Neurological Function Deficit in Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To explore the relationship between serum uric acid(UA),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)/High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)ratio and the severity of neurological impairment in patients with cerebral infarction.Method:143 patients with cerebral infarction were selected and divided into 95 cases in group A and 48 cases in group B.Another 41 healthy medical check-ups in the same period were selected as the control group, and the differences in UA,LDL-C,HDL-C,and LDL-C/HDL-C ratios among the three groups were compared and the correlation between the ratios and the NHISS scores were examined.Result:The difference between the ratios of the three groups was significant(P<0.05);Pearson's analysis showed a significant positive correlation between NHISS scores and serum UA and LDL-C/HDL-C ratios. Conclusion:Blood uric acid and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio are closely related to the severity of neurological deficits in patients with cerebral infarction.
