Application of standardized respiratory management in early non-small cell lung cancer radical surgery
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized respiratory management in early non-small cell lung cancer radical surgery. Methods:Eighty patients with early non-small cell lung cancer who underwent radical resection of lung cancer from April 2020 to December 2022 were selected from the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of the Second People's Hospital of Anhui Province. They were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by Coin flipping toss. The control group received routine perioperative intervention, while the observation group received standardized respiratory management during perioperative intervention. The differences in nursing outcomes between the two groups were compared.Result:The perioperative indicators of the two groups were similar(P>0.05);The incidence of complications, satisfaction with intervention, blood gas indicators, inflammatory cytokines, vital sign indicators, and lung function indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized respiratory management is worth promoting.
