To explore the application value of detecting multiple sex hormone levels in the auxiliary diagnosis of FRI
objective:To explore the value of sex hormone detection in the clinical auxiliary diagnosis of female reproductive infertility(FRI).Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed to detect the levels of six sex hormones in FRI patients(experimental group)and healthy physical examination volunteers(control group).Results:FSH,E2 and T levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),PRL and P levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and LH levels were not different between the two groups(P>0.05).In the follicular stage, ovulation stage and luteal stage, the T level was lower in the YF group than that in the JF group(P<0.05),the PRL level was higher than that in the JF group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in FSH,LH,E2 and P levels(P>0.05).Conclusion:Detecting the level of sex hormones in patients with FRI can reflect their endocrine status, provide a reference for the auxiliary diagnosis of clinical FRI,and help the differential diagnosis of different types of infertility patients.
