The value of dynamic monitoring of alveolar-arterial oxygen partial pressure difference and oxygenation index in mechanical ventilation in severe pneumonia complicated by ARDS
Objective:To explore the application value of A-a DO2 difference and OI dynamic monitoring in severe pneumonia complicated with ARDS mechanical ventilation.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with severe pneumonia complicated by ARDS were collected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group to compare the efficacy difference. Results:The total effective rate of treatment of the patients in the study group was higher(P<0.05),and the time of mechanical ventilation, total time of treatment, and the time of recovery of lung function were lower(P<0.05);the respiratory function and haemodynamic parameters of the patients in the two groups improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the study group was more obvious. Conclusion:Dynamic monitoring of A-a DO2 and OI in patients with severe pneumonia complicated by ARDS and adjusting the treatment at any time according to the changes can significantly improve the respiratory function of the patients and enhance the therapeutic effect, which has good clinical value.
