摘要
目的:探究多维度立体塑型Ti-CP术在颅骨缺损患者的应用.方法:选取 2020年 1月至 2023年6月住院行颅骨修补术的 60 例患者作为研究对象.观察组行多维度立体塑型技术进行颅骨修补;对照组应用传统的钛网进行颅骨修补.比较两组患者术中出血量、手术持续时间、住院时间,术前及术后行NIHSS评分、GCS评分,统计术后并发症情况.结果:观察组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间均较低(P<0.05);干预前两组 NIHSS、GCS评分无差异(P>0.05);干预后观察组NIHSS评分降低,GCS评分升高(P<0.05);两组患者并发症的总发生率为 18.00%、4.00%(P<0.05).结论:多维度立体塑型改进下 Ti-CP 术可达到颅骨生理解剖修复,可缩短治疗时间,改善神经功能,降低并发症.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of improved multi-dimensional stereoplastic Ti-CP in patients with skull defect.Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent cranioplasty due to hospitalization from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with an average of 30 cases/group.The observation group underwent Ti-CP cranioplasty with improvement of multi-dimensional stereoplastic.The control group underwent skull repair with traditional shaped titanium mesh.Intraoperative blood loss,duration of operation,length of hospital stay,preoperative and postoperative neurological deficit score(NIHSS),Glasgow coma Score(GCS),postoperative treatment effect were compared between the two groups.The incidence of complications subcutaneous blood and fluid accumulation,infection,loose repair materials,poor scalp healing were analyzed.The satisfaction of cosmetic procedures temporal muscle collapse,scalp infection,exposed knot and titanium mesh was evaluated.Results:Compared with control group,amount of blood loss,operation time and hospital stay in observation group were lower(P<0.05).There were no differences in NIHSS and GCS scores before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,compared with control group,NIHSS score in observation group was decreased,GCS score was increased(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications was 18.00%in control group and 4.00%in observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the aesthetic satisfaction scores of temporal muscle collapse,scalp infection,line junction exposure and titanium mesh warping in the observation group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ti-CP can achieve physiological anatomical repair of skull in patients with skull defect with improved multi-dimensional stereoplastic,which can not only significantly shorten the treatment time,but also play a positive role in improving the neurological function,avoiding complications and improving aesthetic satisfaction.
