Diagnostic value of UE parameters,S-TK1,AG490 and WIP1 in TC
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasonic elastography(UE)parameters,serum thymidine kinase 1(S-TK1),AG490 and wild-type p53 induced phosphatase 1(WIP1)in thyroid cancer(TC).Methods:A total of 102 patients with TC and 73 patients with benign thyroid nodules in the hospital were enrolled as TC group and control group,respectively.UE parameters,S-TK1,AG490 and WIP1 were compared between the two groups,and their diagnostic value for TC was analyzed.Results:Elastography score,SR value,levels of S-TK1 and WIP1 in TC group were higher than those in control group,while AG490 was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).ROC curves analysis showed that AUC value of combined detection(all the above 5 indexes)in the diagnosis of TC was the greatest(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined detection of UE parameters,S-TK1,WIP1 and AG490 is conducive to the clinical diagnosis of TC.
