目的:探究UE参数、S-TK1、AG490、WIP1对甲状腺癌(TC)的诊断价值。方法:选择我院收治TC患者 102 例(TC组)和同期收治甲状腺结节良性患者 73 例(对照组)。比较两组UE参数、S-TK1、AG490、WIP1,分析各指标对TC的诊断价值。结果:TC组的弹性评分、SR值、S-TK1、WIP1 水平均高于对照组,AG490 低于对照组(P<0。05);ROC曲线分析发现五项指标联合诊断TC的AUC最高(P<0。05)。结论:UE参数与S-TK1、WIP1、AG490联合检测有利于临床诊断TC。
Diagnostic value of UE parameters,S-TK1,AG490 and WIP1 in TC
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasonic elastography(UE)parameters,serum thymidine kinase 1(S-TK1),AG490 and wild-type p53 induced phosphatase 1(WIP1)in thyroid cancer(TC).Methods:A total of 102 patients with TC and 73 patients with benign thyroid nodules in the hospital were enrolled as TC group and control group,respectively.UE parameters,S-TK1,AG490 and WIP1 were compared between the two groups,and their diagnostic value for TC was analyzed.Results:Elastography score,SR value,levels of S-TK1 and WIP1 in TC group were higher than those in control group,while AG490 was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).ROC curves analysis showed that AUC value of combined detection(all the above 5 indexes)in the diagnosis of TC was the greatest(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined detection of UE parameters,S-TK1,WIP1 and AG490 is conducive to the clinical diagnosis of TC.
