Risk factors and risk prediction model construction for postpartum depression in primiparous women undergoing cesarean section
Objective:To investigate the risk factors for postpartum depression(PPD)in primiparous women undergoing cesarean section, and construct a risk prediction model. Methods:The clinical data of 153 primigravid women were collected and divided into depressed and non-depressed groups to analyse the incidence of postpartum PPD and its risk factors and construct a risk prediction model. Results:The incidence of PPD after caesarean section in primigravid women was 20.92%,and the incidence of depression was 20.91%.The results showed that BMI>28 kg/m2,gestational week<37 weeks, per capita monthly income<5000 yuan, and antenatal anxiety were risk factors, and high level of social support was a protective factor(P<0.05).The AUC of the prediction model was 0.931,and the sensitivity and specificity were 97.35%and 71.07%,respectively.Conclusion:The incidence of PPD in primiparous women after cesarean section is high, and there are many influencing factors. The risk prediction model constructed in this study is of high predictive value in PPD.
