The predictive value of neovascularization score combined with inflammatory factors in acute cerebral infarction
Objective:To explore the predictive value of neovascularization score combined with inflammatory factors in acute cerebral infarction.Method:Carotid artery plaques with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the observation group, while those without acute cerebral infarction were selected as the control group.Establish a neovascularization score combined with inflammatory factors to establish a predictive model for acute cerebral infarction, and analyze the diagnostic value of the model through the subject's working characteristic curve.Result Multivariate analysis showed that neovascularization score,hs CRP,and IL-17 were independent risk factors for acute cerebral infarction in patients with carotid artery plaques. The area under the curve predicted by the joint diagnostic model for acute cerebral infarction is 0.947.Conclusion:The model established in this study has high diagnostic value for predicting the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction.
