流式细胞仪在微生物学实验教学中的应用与实践

基于高校大型分析仪器面临使用效益的挑战,不仅细胞生物学实验使用流式细胞仪检测细胞周期和细胞凋亡,根据流式细胞仪的操作简单、分析速度快、精确度高等特点,微生物学实验课程也将其融入。通过设计"酵母菌死活细胞鉴定及计数"实验项目,实现现代生命科学仪器分析技术与微生物学实验的有效融合。在实验教学中通过新技术方法与传统实验方法进行对比,不仅提高了大型仪器的使用效益也丰富了实验教学内容,从而使得实验教学效果得到显著提升。
Application and Practice of Flow Cytometer in Microbial Experimental Teaching
Based on the challenges faced by large-scale analytical instruments in universities,not only are cell biology experiments using flow cytometry to detect cell cycle and apoptosis,but also microbiology experimental courses incorporate the advantages of simple operation,fast analysis speed,and high accuracy of flow cytometry.By designing an experimental project for the identification and counting of dead and living yeast cells,we aim to effectively integrate modern life science instrument analysis technology with microbiology experiments.Comparing new technological methods with traditional experimental methods in experimental teaching not only improves the efficiency of large-scale instruments but also enriches the content of experimental teaching,thereby significantly improving the effectiveness of experimental teaching.
