Design and Simulation of Ultrasonic Transducer Matching Circuit Based on Full-bridge Inverter
Impedance matching is often used in circuit design to improve the electro-acoustic conversion efficiency of ultrasonic transducer. This paper proposes a driving circuit with impedance matching for transducers. And the circuit adopts full-bridge inverter structure.According to the characteristics and parameters of the transformer, the matching circuit is designed on the low voltage side.Which is beneficial to reduce the requirements on the parameters of the matching devices, thus its applicability is enhanced. The working principle of driving circuit and impedance conversion process are analyzed in detail.Furthermore, the calculation methods of matching device parameters and driving signal parameters are given. The simulation results show that the effective driving voltage of the ultrasonic transducer is increased by 42.6% under the premise of the same supply voltage.
