在固定污染源废气监测实践中发现采用吸收液采样时存在多种问题,并分析这些问题的原因。对现有的采样装置进行改进,采取了颗粒物分离,管路净化和防倒吸三大措施。通过原装置和改进装置的对比实验,证明改进措施有效,提高采样的有效性和成功率。因此使用改进装置进行固定污染源废气吸收液采样时可以保证监测数据的准确性。
The Improvement and Application of Absorbent Solution Sampling Device of Waste Gas from Stationary Sources
In the practice of waste gas monitoring with stationary pollution sources,some problems were found when sampling with absorbent solution,and the reasons were analyzed.The existing sampling device was improved by the three measures:separation of particles,purification of pipeline and anti-suction respiration.Through the comparison experiment of the existing sampling device and the improved devices,it was proved that the improved measures were effective,and thus the validity and success rate of sampling were raised.Therefore,the accuracy of monitoring data can be guaranteed when the improved device is used to sample the waste gas from stationary sources with the absorption liquid.
