液相色谱-串联质谱法检测土壤中26种磺酰脲类残留

本文以土壤中的 26 种磺酰脲类残留为研究对象,样品分别经过 1%乙酸-乙腈进行提取,使用分子印迹柱净化,采用LC-MS/MS多反应监测正/负离子模式测定,外标法定量。在 2。5~100ng/ml浓度范围内呈现出良好的线性关系,在四个添加水平范围内(0。5,1,2,50µg/kg)磺酰脲类在土壤中的回收率为 72。62%-119。24%,相对标准偏差为 3。07%~11。19%,定量限(LOQ)为0。5µg/kg。
Determination of 26 sulfonylurea residues in soil by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry
In this paper,the residues of 26 sulfonylurea in soil were taken as the research object.The samples were extracted by 1% acetic acid in acetonitrile,and purified by molecular imprinting column,determined by LC-MS/MS multi-reaction monitoring positive/negative ion mode,and quantified by external standard method.It showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 2.5~100 ng/mL.The recoveries of sulfonylureas in soil were 72.62%-119.24% within the range of four addition levels(0.5,1,2,50µg/kg),and the relative standard deviations were 3.07%~11.19%,the limit of quantification(LOQ)was 0.5µg/kg.
