PI、RI指数结合血清sFlt-1在子宫肌瘤患者中的诊断作用

摘要
目的:探讨超声评价PI和RI结合sFlt-1诊断子宫肌瘤的临床价值.方法:选取 2020年 1月～2022年8月收治的 150例,怀疑患有子宫腺肌病或子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,计算PI和RI指数,检测患者血清sFlt-1水平.Logistic 回归模型结合 ROC 曲线评价各指标单独及联合检测对子宫肌瘤诊断的临床价值.结果:子宫肌瘤患者RI 及 PI 参数值均显著低于子宫腺肌病患者,而血清 sFlt-1 表达水平升高(P<0.001).子宫动脉超声、血清 sFlt-1水平联合检测诊断效能高于单项检测(P<0.05).结论:子宫动脉超声联合血清sFlt-1 检查可提高子宫肌瘤患者诊断的灵敏度和特异性,对于子宫肌瘤患者诊断具有潜在应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:TTo evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of PI and RI combined with sFlt-1 in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods:150 patients suspected to have adenomyosis or uterine fibroids admitted from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as research objects.PI and RI indexes were calculated to detect serum sFlt-1 levels of patients.Logistic regression model combined with ROC curve to evaluate the clinical value of single and combined detection of each indicator in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids..Results:The values of RI and PI parameters in patients with uterine fibroids were significantly lower than those in patients with adenomyosis,while serum sFlt-1 expression level was increased(P<0.001).The diagnostic efficacy of combined detection of uterine artery ultrasound and serum sFlt-1 was higher than that of single detection(P<0.05)..Conclusion:Uterine artery ultrasound combined with serum sFlt-1 can improve the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma patients,which has potential application value for the diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma patients.
