Investigation on the current status and high-risk factors of atrial fibrillation in patients after permanent pacemaker implantation surgery
Objective:To explore the high-risk factors of atrial fibrillation(AF)in patients after permanent pacemaker implantation surgery. Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients after permanent pacemaker implantation surgery. The risk factors of AF in patients after permanent pacemaker implantation was analyzed. Results:Large age, large LADs,and atrial ventricular pacing were independent risk factors for AF in patients after permanent pacemaker implantation surgery(P<0.05).Display of curve analysis results showed that when logit(P)>12.97,the area under the curve(AUC)value was 0.910,95% CI was 0.873~0.940,χ2 was 19.101,the diagnostic sensitivity was 84.85% and the specificity was 87.30% .Conclusion:The risk of AF after permanent pacemaker implantation surgery was high, and its independent risk factors included large age, large LADs,and atrial ventricular pacing.
