摘要
目的:观察穴位敷贴、耳穴压丸配合雾化吸入对COPD患者疗效的影响.方法:选取 82 例COPD患者,随机均分为对照组和观察组,比较两组疗效.结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,中医症状积分、FVC、FEV1和FEV1/FVC、SaO2和PaO2、PaCO2、PCT、SAA、CPR、HMGB1和NGAL、SGRO评分和BODE指数均低于对照组,且PaO2、PaCO2、PCT、SAA、CPR、HMGB1和NGAL等指标水平显著低于对照组.两组间均未见明显不良反应.结论:穴位敷贴和耳穴压丸辅助雾化吸入治疗COPD,有助于缓解临床症状,并提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint application,auricular point pressing combined with nebulization inhalation on the efficacy of patients with COPD.Methods:82 patients with COPD were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,SaO2,PaO2,PaCO2,PCT,SAA,CPR,HMGB1,NGAL,SGRO score,and BODE index were lower,and the levels of PaO2,PaCO2,PCT,SAA,CPR,HMGB1,NGAL,and other indicators were significantly lower.No significant adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Conclusion:Acupoint application and auricular point pressing assisted with nebulization inhalation for the treatment of COPD can help alleviate clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.
