Relationship between self-disclosure and LOT-R score after laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Objective:To investigate the relationship between modified self-disclosure and life orientation test(LOT-R)score after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:100 patients with LC treated in Lu'an Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Three days after operation, the optimistic tendency was divided into high-level group according to the LOT-R score≥13 and low-level group according to the LOT-R score<13.Then,the degree of self disclosure of the two groups was compared according to the grouping, and the relationship between optimistic tendency and self disclosure after LC was analyzed. Results:The LOT-R score of 100 patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy was(14.78±2.11),and the overall optimism tendency showed a high level,of which 67 cases(67.00% )had a high level of optimism tendency and 33 cases(33.00% )had a low level of optimism tendency. The LOT-R score after laparoscopic cholecystectomy with high optimism tendency was higher than that of patients with low optimism tendency, and the JSDQ dimension scores and total scores were higher than those of patients with low optimism tendency(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between LOT-R score and JSDQ dimension score and total score after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(P<0.001).Conclusion:Self-disclosureis positively correlated with LOT-R score after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and the higher the degree of self-disclosure is,the more optimistic the patients are.
