摘要

目的:探讨低蛋白饮食联合复方α-酮酸对维持性腹膜透析(CAPD)的疗效.方法:88例CAPD患者以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各44例.对照组予以低蛋白饮食干预,观察组在以上基础联合复方α-酮酸治疗,观察两组钙磷代谢、营养状况、肾功能、炎症因子及不良反应.结果:治疗后,两组P、Ca×P、iPTH、营养状况指标、肾功能指标、炎症因子水平较治疗前均下降,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组 Ca 水平治疗前后变化不显著(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异不显著(P>0.05).结论:低蛋白饮食联合复方α-酮酸对CAPD患者疗效良好.

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of low-protein diet combined with compound α-keto acidon patients undergoing continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD).Methods:88 patients undergoing CAPD were randomized into the control group and the observation group with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given low-protein diet intervention,and the observation group was treated with compoundα-keto acid on this basis.Calcium-phosphorus metabolism,nutritional status,kidney function,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,P,Ca×P,iPTH,nutritional indicators,kidney function indicators,and inflammatory factorsin both groups were improved.Above indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant changeinCa levelofeither groupafter treatment(P>0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions in the twogroupswere close(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-protein diet combined with compound α-keto acid is effective for patients undergoing CAPD.
