腰椎间盘突出患者MRI特征及对椎间盘退变的评估价值

摘要
针对腰椎间盘突出患者磁共振成像(MRI)影像学特征及其对椎间盘退变程度的评估价值,选取 2021年 10月～2023年 10月我院 106例腰椎间盘突出症患者,均接受MRI检测,分析所有患者MRI影像学表现,并构建风险预测模型分析MRI对椎间盘退变的评估价值.结果表明,腰椎间盘突出症患者MRI影像学表现存在明显特征性,且椎间盘退变程度越高,MRI参数异常率则更高.根据边界规则、是否具有低信号、椎间盘变性、髓核异位、NP区T2值、AF区T2值等参数构建预测模型,准确率、敏感度及特异度均较高,具有较高的预测价值.
Abstract
According to the imaging characteristics of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in patients with lumbar disc herniation and the evaluation value of intervertebral disc degeneration,106 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 received MRI detection,MRI imaging performance of all patients were analyzed,and a risk prediction model was constructed to analyze the evaluation value of MRI for intervertebral disc degeneration.The results showed that the MRI imaging findings of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation had obvious characteristics,and the higher the degree of intervertebral disc degeneration,the higher the rate of abnormal MRI parameters were.The prediction model was constructed according to the boundary rules,low signal,disc degeneration,nucleus pulposus,T2 value in NP and AF areas,with high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,and high predictive value.
