The value of Xpert,TB-IGRA,and CT for the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of Xpert,TB-IGRA and CT in the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis and CT examination of the lesions.Methods:89 patients with suspected spinal tuberculosis were selected, all underwent pathological,Xpert,TB-IGRA,and CT.The pathological results were counted, diagnostic value of Xpert,TB-IGRA,CT and pathological were compared, the diagnostic value of Xpert,TB-IGRA,and CT for spinal tuberculosis were analyzed and the CT and pathologic examination of spinal tuberculosis lesions were compared. Results:The pathological results of 89 patients with suspected spinal tuberculosis showed 60 positive cases and 29 negative cases. The negative predictive value and accuracy of CT diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis were higher than that of Xpert;the AUC value of CT diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis was higher than that of Xpert,TB-IGRA,and TB-IGRA was higher than that of Xpert(P<0.05).The CT examination of the spinal tuberculosis lesion condition as bone destruction and subligamentous dissemination accounted for a significant difference compared with pathological(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT examination had a relatively high diagnostic value for spinal tuberculosis and its detection of bone destruction and subligamentous dissemination is better.
