目的:评估前列腺癌(PCa)患者内分泌治疗后的生存关键因素及生活质量.方法:对 2021 年 4 月至2023年 11月治疗的 56例PCa患者的临床和病理资料进行回顾性分析,使用单因素和多因素Cox回归分析确定影响3年生存率的因素,评估生活质量.结果:年龄(HR=1.369)、肿瘤分化程度(HR=3.288)、转移情况(HR=16.258)及Gleason评分(HR=2.479)为主要生存影响因素.患者在精神健康和情感职能方面明显下降.结论:年龄、肿瘤分化程度、转移情况和Gleason评分对PCa患者远期生存至关重要,综合医疗管理对提高预后和生活质量具重要意义.
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the key factors affecting survival and quality of life after endocrine treatment in patients with prostate cancer(PCa).Method:A retrospective analysis of clinical and pathological data from 56 PCa patients treated between April 2021 and November 2023 was conducted,using univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses to identify factors affecting 3-year survival rates and assess quality of life.Results:Age(HR=1.369),tumor differentiation(HR=3.288),metastasis(HR=16.258),and Gleason score(HR=2.479)were the main factors influencing survival.Patients showed significant declines in mental health and emotional function.Conclusion:Age,tumor differentiation,metastasis,and Gleason score are crucial for the long-term survival of PCa patients,highlighting the importance of comprehensive medical management in improving prognosis and quality of life.
