Anesthetic effect of sevoflurane combined with remifentanil in FURLandhemodynamic changes
Objective:To analyze the anesthetic effect of general anesthesia with sevoflurane and remifentanil in transurethral flexible ureteroscopic lithotomy(FURL),and hemodynamic changes.Methods:Ninety patients undergoing FURL were randomized into an observation group(45 cases)and a control group(45 cases),receiving anesthesia with sevoflurane combined with remifentanil and anesthesia with propofol combined with remifentanil,respectively.The situation of anesthesia and recovery,hemodynamic indicators and complications were recorded.Results:Compared to the control group,the total dosage of remifentanil in observation group was lower(P<0.05).The extubation time,spontaneous breathing recovery time,etc.in observation group were shorter(P<0.05).At T2,T3and T4,MAP and HR in the observation group were lower,and SpO2in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The incidence rates of postoperative complicationsin the observation group were slightly lower(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sevoflurane combined with remifentanil can achieve good anesthetic effect in FURL and promote hemodynamic stability,with good safety.
