To investigate the effect of component blood transfusion in the treatment of patients with acute blood loss
objective:To explore the effect of different proportion component transfusion(CBT)in the treatment of patients with acute blood loss(ABL).Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the treatment data of ABL patients admitted to our hospital before and after blood transfusion, and the improvement of blood routine and coagulation function(CF)indexes and adverse reactions after blood transfusion were compared between the three groups. Results:After allogeneic CBT transfusion, the blood routine and CF indexes of the three groups were significantly improved, which were different from those before blood transfusion(P<0.05).The blood routine indexes of the middle proportion group and the high proportion group were higher than those of the low proportion group, the prolongation time of PT and APTT was shorter in the lower proportion group, and the FIB was higher than that in the low proportion group(P<0.05).There was no difference in blood routine and CF indexes between the high-proportion group and the middle-proportion group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the low-proportion group was higher than that in the medium-and high-proportion groups. Conclusion:CBT is an effective measure in the treatment of ABL patients. The treatment of medium and high proportion of CBT can effectively expand the body and quickly recover CF,with few adverse reactions.
