Influence of infrared irradiation combined with pulse electrical stimulation on postoperative recovery in patients with hip fractures
Objective:To explore the value of infrared irradiation combined with low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation on postoperative rehabilitation in patients with hip fractures.Methods:89 patients with hip fractures admitted to the Second Rehabilitation Hospital of Shanghai from July 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=44,routine rehabilitation intervention)and observation group(n=45,low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation and infrared irradiation intervention on the basis of control group)by the random number table method. The recovery status, acti vity of daily living, hip function, pain score and lower back function were compared. Results:The recovery status in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The activity of daily living score and hip function score in observation group after 6 months of intervention were higher while the scores of pain and lower back function were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Infrared irradiation combined with low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation can promote the postoperative recovery, enhance the activity of daily living, relieve the pain, and improve the hip function and lower back function in patients with hip fractures.
