Diagnostic value of myocardial ischemic attack duration, brain natriuretic peptide combined with plasma miRNA-21 in myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of myocardial ischemic attack duration, brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)combined with plasma miRNA-21 in myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:141 patients with suspected CHD myocardial ischemia who were treated in our hospital from April 2020 to March 2022 were included and divided into coronary angiography(CAG)positive group(69 cases)and CAG negative group(72 cases)according to the examination results. The diagnostic value of serum BNP and plasma miRNA-21 combined with the duration of myocardial ischemic episodes in the diagnosis of CHD myocardial ischemia was analyzed. Results:There was a notable increase in serum BNP[(93.38±9.55)pg/ml vs.(101.10±9.24)pg/ml],plasma miRNA-21[(3.55±0.48)vs.(4.08±0.85)],and myocardial ischemic episode duration[(240.15±41.12)s vs.(274.15±51.07)s]were considerably higher, both P=0.001.The results of the ROC curve demonstrated that the area under the curve(AUC)for the diagnosis of CHD myocardial ischemia by duration of myocardial ischemic episodes,BNP,miRNA-21,and the three combined tests were 0.692,0.726,0.731,and 0.874,respectively.The AUC of the three combined tests was significantly higher than those(P=0.001).Conclusion:BNP and miRNA-21 combined duration of myocardial ischemia can significantly improve the diagnostic value of myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease.
