Risk Decision and Evaluation Analysis of Online Bidding in the Era of Computer Applications
The effective utilization of relevant economic data in the era of computer applications has become a key focus of enterprise economic development.Therefore,a bidding evaluation index system and risk evaluation model have been constructed to address the related issues of online bidding risk decision-making and evaluation,and their effectiveness has been verified through case studies.The results show that the overall indicator weight ranking based on the constructed indicator system results in the highest financing channel risk weight value,reaching 33.28%,followed by inflation risk,with a weight value of 14.69% .At the same time,the comprehensive economic risk score obtained based on the evaluation model is 3.162 points,the comprehensive industry risk score is 2.482 points,the comprehensive company risk score is 2.999 points,and the project risk score is 3.014 points.The comprehensive score for overall bidding risk is 2.993 points.Overall,the constructed indicator system and risk assessment model have high effectiveness,and have practical significance for the bidding party to reduce bidding risks and control costs.
