摘要
目的:评估无瓣压切辅助皮质切开术在加速下前牙对齐方面的有效性.方法:回顾分析选择 2019年 1月至 2021年1月本院收治的需要使用固定正畸矫治器进行正畸治疗的 76名患者临床资料,根据不同的治疗方法分实验组和对照组,各 36 例.比较两组患者下颌牙弓前对齐所需的总对齐时间(OAT).结果:实验组和对照组患者LIIT0(mm)的 Little's 指数(mm)和整体对齐时间(天)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).实验组在 LIIT1、LIIT2、LIIT3及OAT(天)差异均低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:无瓣压切技术在加速正畸牙齿移动效果显著,值得推广.
Abstract
Objectives:To evaluate the effectiveness of flapless compression-assisted corticotomy in accelerating the alignment of lower anterior teeth.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 76 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 who required the use of fixed orthodontic appliances for orthodontic treatment.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group based on different treatment methods,with 36 patients in each group.Compare the total alignment time(OAT)required for mandibular arch anterior alignment between two groups of patients.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the Little's index(mm)and overall alignment time(days)between the experimental group and the control group in LIIT0(mm)(P>0.05).The experimental group showed statistically significant differences in LIIT1,LIIT2,LIIT3,and OAT(day)compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The valveless cutting technique has a significant effect in accelerating orthodontic tooth movement and is worth promoting.
