Imaging characteristics of CTA and its predictive value for MACE in patients with coronary heart disease
Objective:To analyze the imaging features of computed tomography angiography(CTA)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and its value in predicting major adverse cardiac events(MACE).Methods:A total of 280 CHD patients were followed up for 1 year and 51 cases of MACEAE occurred.Risk factors for MACE in CHD patients were analyzed, and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was plotted to analyze its predictive value. Results:Diabetes mellitus, increased lumen diameter stenosis rate, increased plaque length, and decreased FFRCT were risk factors for MACE in CHD patients(P<0.05).Combined detection of multiple indicators had the highest predictive value of MACE in CHD patients, and the area under the curve(AUC)was 0.930.Conclusion:The imaging features of CTA and diabetes mellitus are closely related to the occurrence of MACE in CHD patients, and the combined detection has high predictive value.
