Clinical study on seamless intervention for stress and complications in laparoscopic hysterectomy
Objective:To investigate the effect of a seamless rounds intervention on the psychological status of patients undergoing TLH.Methods:The study subjects were 90 patients who underwent TLH in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2023,and they were divided into observation group(seamless circuit intervention)and control group(traditional operating room intervention)by randomized numerical table method, both of them were 45 cases, and compared the level of psychological and physiological stress, the level of collaboration observed during the intervention and the occurrence of postoperative issues in both groups were compared..Results:After the intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were noticeably lower(P<0.05).Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The degree of intervention cooperation in the observation group(95.56%)was higher(80.00%)(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(6.67%)was clearly lower(22.22%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:Seamless circuit intervention can effectively improve the psychological and physiological stress response of TLH patients, improve treatment cooperation, and reduce the incidence of complications.
