目的:探究心电图(ECG)、血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)联合心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)对肥厚型心肌病(HCM)的诊断价值.方法:选取HCM患者共 130例将其设为HCM组,另选取在我院健康体检的 100名健康者为对照组,比较 2组ECG检查结果、ECG检测心肌肥厚指标情况以及血浆ET-1、cTnI水平,并对其诊断价值进行评估.结果:HCM组心肌肥厚相关指标与血浆ET-1、cTnI水平值较对照组更高(P＜0.05);心肌肥厚指标、血浆ET-1、cTnI联合检测对HCM的诊断价值明显较单一检测更高(P＜0.05).结论:心电图、血浆ET-1 联合cTnI检测能够提高对HCM的诊断效能,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram(ECG),plasma endothelin-1(ET-1)and cardiac troponin I(cTnI)in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM).Methods:A total of 130 patients with HCM were selected as the HCM group,and 100 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.ECG results,ECG detection indexes of myocardial hypertrophy and plasma levels of ET-1 and cTnI were compared between the two groups,and their diagnostic value was evaluated.Results:The myocardial hypertrophy related indexes and the plasma ET-1 and cTnI levels in HCM group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).The combined detection of myocardial hypertrophy index,plasma ET-1 and cTnI was significantly more valuable than single detection in the diagnosis of HCM(P＜0.05).Conclusion:ECG and plasma ET-1 combined with cTnI can improve the diagnostic efficiency of HCM,and it is worthy of clinical application.
