The Study of NLR,Hcy,CysC in Early Diagnosis of diabetes Nephropathy and Evaluation of Renal Injury
Objective:To explore the application value of NLR,Hcy,CysC in the early diagnosis of diabetes nephropathy(DN)and the evaluation of renal injury.Method:A retrospective selection was conducted on 100 DN patients and 40 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023.The correlation between NLR,Hcy,CysC levels and renal function indicators and their value in evaluating renal injury were analyzed.Result:(1)The levels of NLR,Hcy,and CysC in the DN group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);(2)ROC analysis shows that the three indicators alone and in combination predict DN with high AUC,sensitivity, and specificity;(3)The levels of various indicators in patients with severe kidney injury DN were higher than those in patients with moderate kidney injury(P<0.05);(4)The levels of NLR,Hcy,and CysC in DN patients are positively correlated with renal function indicators, and the higher the level, the more severe the renal injury. Conclusion:DN patients have high levels of NLR,Hcy,and CysC,which are positively correlated with renal function and have diagnostic value. The combined prediction is accurate and has application prospects.
