Correlation analysis of electrocardiogram changes and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus
Objective:The analyze of the correlation between the changes of electrocardiogram(ECG)in late pregnancy and the pregnancy outcome of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:A total of 120 patients with GDM in late pregnancy and 100 healthy pregnant women diagnosed in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected. To explore the relationship between ECG abnormalities and adverse pregnancy outcomes in GDM patients. Results:The detection rate of abnormal ECG in GDM group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group(P<0.05).At the same time, correlation analysis showed that abnormal electrocardiogram in GDM patients in late pregnancy was an independent risk factor for adverse pregnancy outcomes(P<0.05).Conclusion:GDM patients are prone to abnormal ECG changes in late pregnancy, and abnormal ECG is an independent risk factor for adverse pregnancy outcomes in GDM patients.
