Application of hemabate combined with modified B-lynch suture in postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa
Objective:To observe the effect of hemabate combined with modified B-lynch suture on postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa. Methods:The clinical data of patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed from January 2021 to September 2023.According to the different drugs, they were classified into control group(oxytocin combined with modified B-lynch suture)and observation group(added with hemabate). The clinical effect was compared between groups. Results:The hemostasis time, hospital stay and postoperative coagulation function indicators in observation group were shorter or lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There were statistical differences in the hemorrhage volume, fundus descent height and sum of length, width and thickness of the uterus from the aspects of between-group effect,time-point effect and interaction effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemabate combined with modified B-lynch suture and oxytocin can significantly control the postpartum hemorrhage and promote the uterine involution in patients with cesarean section of placenta previa.
