Correlation between inflammatory factors and their prognosis in patients with acute heart failure
Objective:This study aims to explore the correlation between inflammatory markers and the prognosis of patients with acute heart failure(AHF).Methods:A one-year follow-up was conducted on 141 AHF patients at our hospital from April 2019 to February 2022.The correlation between serum markers and patient prognosis was analyzed. Results:The mortality rate among AHF patients was 31.91%,with a survival rate of 68.08%.The combination of Thrombospondin-2(TSP-2),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),and serum cystatin C(Cys-C)provided the highest value for predicting AHF patient outcomes, with an area under the curve(AUC)of 0.878.Conclusion:The combined measurement of serum TSP-2,BNP,and Cys-C levels has significant value in assisting with the diagnosis of acute heart failure and assessing patient prognosis. This approach may help in formulating more precise treatment plans for AHF patients.
