Influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation compliance in the elderly with coronary heart disease after PCI
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation compliance in the elderly with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:According to compliance questionnaire after PCI,240 patientswere divided into good compliance group(135 cases)and poor compliance group(105 cases). The risk factors of poor cardiac rehabilitation compliance were analyzed. Results:The proportions of education level(junior high school and below),age≥80 years, distance to see a doctor≥30km,family income<2000 yuan/month,children or nannies as caregivers, living alone and low family support in poor compliance group were higher than those in good compliance group(P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that all the above factors were risk factors of poor cardiac rehabilitation compliance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Education level, age, distance to see a doctor, family income, main caregivers, living status, medication compliance and family support are all influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation compliance.
