Application of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis in Preventing Postoperative Complications of Great Saphenous Varicose Vein
Objective:To observe the application effect of Healthcare Failure Mode Effect Analysis(HFMEA)in preventing complications aftergreat saphenous varicose veins(GSVV)surgery.Methods:85 patients undergoing surgery for GSVV were divided into the study group(n=43)and the control group(n=42),receiving routine nursing and HFMEA-based detailcontrol model of nursing, respectively.Perioperative indicators, femoral vein blood flow, coagulation function and complications were compared between the groups. Results:Postoperative ambulatory time and hospital stay of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, blood flow velocity, blood flow,PT,TT,APTT and satisfaction in the study group were higher/longer than those in the control group.D-D level, the incidence of DVT and the total incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HFMEA-based detail control model of nursing can promote postoperative recovery of patients with GSVV,improve their femoral vein blood flow and coagulation function, and reduce the incidence of DVT,with high satisfaction.
